One-off support

1 hour of work
A specific minor repair, adjustment or configuration task.
One hour of work on an agreed task. Unused time does not carry over.
Additional approved work is billed in 15-minute increments at €90 per hour.
Ongoing tasks
Repairs, adjustments and advice as needed. No monthly commitment.
Time is recorded in 15-minute increments, with a work log and remaining balance. The package is valid for 6 months.
Prepaid hours are not a monthly maintenance plan with a guaranteed intervention start time.
Ongoing maintenance
From €700 /month
Typically €700 to €2,000 per month
Technical maintenance and support with an individually agreed scope.
Monthly capacity, maintenance, monitoring, adjustments and advice. A portion of unused hours carries over as agreed.
For monthly-plan clients, we guarantee that intervention starts within 24 hours when a fault prevents orders. This is not a guaranteed resolution time.
All prices exclude VAT. We add 21% VAT to the price.

The guarantee that intervention starts within 24 hours applies only to monthly-plan clients when a fault prevents orders. It is not a promise of repair within 24 hours or an automatic guarantee for a one-off enquiry.
The first 15 minutes of an initial consultation are free. We discuss your needs and recommend a suitable approach. The consultation does not include free repair work.
